Cristiano Ronaldo made a public announcement just hours ago on the birth of his first child, a son who was born fifteen days ago, but up until now was kept secret. The child’s mother has not been announced as of yet and it isn’t known how long that secret will remain as such.

In his announcement, Cristiano Ronaldo stated that the child will remain in his care and that the mother wants to remain anonymous.

Making it is 4th goal in 5 games, Cristiano is demonstrating that his recent ankle injury may be a thing of the past. Cristiano scored Real Madrid’s 5th goal of the game implementing his incredible skills, feinting 2 or 3 opponents and then side-stepping another to send a perfect goal into the corner of the net. Cristiano Ronaldo’s recent absence, demonstrated how much Real Madrid need him, and it seems his very presence on the pitch is enough to motivate his team-mates to perform at a higher level. Real Madrid are winning games and Cristiano Ronaldo is scoring goals, for Real Madrid fans, it can’t get any better than that.

The long anticipated wait for Cristiano Ronaldo’s return saw fruition vs Zurich that saw Real Madrid’s win 1-0 in this Champions League game. Cristiano Ronaldo was a late 70th minute substitute for Raul Gonzalez, which allowed Cristiano to test out his ankle in non training environment.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s substitution was greeted by cheers from the Real fans who have missed their star player. Although too early to tell, it appears that Cristiano Ronaldo’s ankle is strong and apparently pain free.

Recently, it has been made public that Cristiano Ronaldo’s ankle injury was allegedly the result of a wizards curse. This wizards curse is being attributed to 57-year-old Spanish Wizard based in Malaga Spain by the name Pepe. According to gossip around the Internet, the Spanish Wizard was allegedly given €15,000 by an unnamed famous non-European woman to put the hex on Cristiano Ronaldo. The spanish wizard has also claimed that he has put his own personal curse on Cristiano Ronaldo with the aim of finishing off Cristiano’s career. The news of the Spanish wizard’s curse reached the ear of a Portuguese wizard by the name of Fernando Nogueira known as ‘The Wizard Of Fafe’ who has supposedly put a counter-spell with the hope of blocking the Spanish Wizards Voodoo curse.

We just hope that Cristiano Ronaldo gets better soon, so our money is on the Portuguese Wizard. That is, if you believe such things .

It appears that Cristiano Ronaldo has found his groove early in the season, and only time will tell how the rest of the season unfolds. There’s no doubt that many of the Manchester United brass will look closely at how successful Cristiano Ronaldo will be in Madrid, hoping that he doesn’t make their decision to sell him to Madrid a wrong one.

In an interesting turn of events, it appears that Real Madrid are unhappy at how Cristiano Ronaldo was treated by the home crowd in Zurich the other night after the 5-2 shellacking of FC Zurich at the hands of Real. Apparently, Los Merengues’ director Emilio Butragueno, has signaled his disappointment with Zurich. Interestingly, most directors tend to look the other way in situations of fan conduct, unless it is a matter of safety, but given that Cristiano is a very important part of the team, Real Madrid are apparently unhappy that their star athlete was treated in this manner.

We love Cristiano Ronaldo, but seriously, you cannot censor the voice of the fans and it seems to us that Real’s reaction to this particular situation is being blown out of proportion. If anything, Real should be flattered that the Zurich fans fear and awe of the mighty Cristiano Ronaldo. Cristiano is a big boy, and he is no stranger to this type of abuse, it comes with being the world’s greatest player. The Zurich fans are just expressing their fear and respect for Cristiano Ronaldo, and we think that Real should chill out.

The word around the net is that he will be leasing a bachelor bungalow designed by architect Joaquin Torres for approximately �12,000 per month with an option to buy for approximately �5 million. The word is that Cristiano Ronaldo’s new home will have 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 cinema, 1 pool and a number of other luxuries like whirlpool.

With 24 hour per day security and the latest in anti-intrusion alarms, Cristiano’s new pad will hope to ward off the ever present paparazzi who can’t seem to get enough of the former Manchester Winger.

As you can see by the images, Cristiano Ronaldo’s new surroundings will be significantly upgraded and modernized with sleek lines and angles that you would expect from a young and energetic 24 year old mega-super-star footballer like Cristiano Ronaldo.

Lastly, Cristiano Ronaldo’s new home will be only minutes from Madrid’s training ground and because it is a bungalow will reduce the possibility of injury due to slipping on stairs which is no doubt a relief for the Madrid owners who will want to keep their star player injury free.

There have been some rumours surfacing that Cristiano Ronaldo caught the swine flu during his visit to Washington. These reports were quickly denied by Real Madrid. The Spanish giants have released a statement regarding Cristiano’s health.

“Cristiano Ronaldo returned from Washington DC with the flu and has been told to rest at home and was prescribed medication.”

Real also stated that Cristiano is suffering from a regular strain of flu, and should recover within the next few days.

Ronaldo’s illness will render him absent for tomorrow’s friendly between Portugal and Liechtenstein.

Cristiano Ronaldo was welcomed to Toronto with opens arms.� Fans waited for the plane to arrive at the Airport complete with signs and RM shirts.

Ronaldo did not disappoint the crowd.� He scored Real Madrid’s second goal of the night in yesterday’s friendly versus Toronto FC.

During his time in Toronto, Cristiano Ronaldo took the time to sign autographs for fans as well as fulfilling the dream of a young leukemia survivor.

As for t he game, Real Madrid beat Toronto FC by a score of five to one.� It could have been a lot worse for the team in red.� Los Blancos had other fantastic scoring opportunities which failed to come to fruition.

Ronaldo was substituted at the 62th minute of the game and walked off the field to a standing ovation from the crowd.

The much awaited unveiling of Cristiano Ronaldo in his new uniform is over. Cristiano Ronaldo was officially welcomed by Real Madrid at the Bernabeu today to a full stadium of 80 thousand people.

As expected, Cristiano Ronaldo has taken the number 9 jersey, and has said that he is very privileged to wear the same number as Di Stefano.

Cristiano put on the Real Madrid uniform for the first time and walked the pitch while clapping his hands. He also kissed the logo on his jersey several times as a display of his love to be part of the Real Madrid team, which has always been a boyhood dream of his.

Cristiano Ronaldo thanked all Manchester United supporters as well as it’s ownership and friends which he had made along the way, but also added that he believed that United supporters understood his decision to leave for Spain.

Cristiano Ronaldo also stipulated that he is going to try and show that Real Madrid paid a fair price for him.

Being the joyful personality that Cristiano Ronaldo is, he had a bit of a laugh when asked if he expected better protection from the referees in Spain than he received in the Premier League. Cristiano laughed and said that the Premier League has very nice referees, but La Liga has unbelievable referees. The diplomatic answer is clear in every way.
