You’re sentiments towards Ronny are natural. He is after all the most feared athlete in Football today. It’s understandable that you as a Chelsea fan would feel the way you do, I know that I wouldn’t want Cristiano Ronaldo playing against me. With that said, you must get beyond your fear and give respect where respect is due. Ronny has been voted the Fan’s and Athlete’s player of the year awards this year. He is highly respected, and is every teams dream player.

As for your comment on tackles. Ronny, being the high profile athlete that he is, attracts more attention than the average football player. That means that he is tackled more often, and usually harder than most. For anyone who has played football professionally or just for fun will tell you that getting kicked in the shins, knees or thighs is painful. Ronny gets his fair share, and any attempt to shrug off the trips as dives is incredibly selfish.
