He's perfect with Manchester because he's with a complete team of good guys who play amazing football like him and will play just as hard as he does. He's young so the money sounded great to him, but money can't buy happiness and he's obviously very happy playing there, besides I don't think Man-U wants to go through losing another great player like they did Beckhame,LOL.
