Manchester United Reports Real Madrid To FIFA

Manchester United Football Club warned Real Madrid on May 27, 2008 to stop seeking the services of Cristiano Ronaldo. Today, the club has made good on that threat by filing an official complaint with FIFA. The details of the complaint have not been made public by the club.

Reds report Real to FIFA

On 27 May, Manchester United made clear its intention to report Real Madrid to FIFA if it continued to involve itself in the future of Cristiano Ronaldo.

Unfortunately, Real Madrid has not kept its own counsel and the Club feels it has no alternative but to make a formal complaint to the world governing body, which it has done today.

The precise content and nature will remain confidential.

Like Tom said, it is going to be a war. Hope Man Utd wins the “war”. I think Ronny can accomplish more with Man Utd.

Hi Moha,

We hope Ronny stays in Manchester, but we think that his heart is in Madrid. He has earned everything he’s got, and we think that there are many more to come… Cheers :-)
